I'm 20 years old with hair to my shoulderblades and, though it was super thick when it was shorter, it's now getting thinner.
What should I do?
My dad's hair is thinning but he's in his 40s, I figured I had many years of good hair left.

There are a couple, but most of them are over twice my age, and barely have a bald spot.
I've been hearing a lot of stuff lately about improperly treated long hair thinning out, and I'm just trying to figure out if there's anything I can do to fix this. =(
