So my belly's been getting less and less tough each day, because I'm fairly afraid of doing situps now. The reason for this is that the last couple times I tried my normal exercises (one hand behind head, the other over chest, bringing opposite knee up to the elbow of the hand behind the head) has caused me to strain my neck or someshit, causing immense pain and killing the whole "let's exercise lols!" mood. am i doin it rite?
