my understanding is that guys masturbate as a need, but girls do it because it stimulates them.

the reason men have a hard time understanding women sexually is because guys are really fast to get up there and fast to come down. Women take longer to peak but can stay there indefinitely (if you know what you're doing.) A guy has to figure out how to pleasure someone other than himself to understand.
