Rule 34 Expanded?

We should all know what Rule 34 is by now.  However, does the following statement have its own rule?

"There's a fetish of it"

Is this a corollary to Rule 34?  Is Rule 34 a corollary to this?  If the latter, what number rule is this statement?

You could make a pic of "There is a fetish of it. No exceptions." There are two spinoffs of it referring to either rule #72 or #74, I don't remember which, but it says that if it exists, it's been pirated. I went to Look-Out.co.uk to see if the pirated rule was from them, but it wasn't. Though one of the two that make the webcomic did realize that we had found the rule #34 webcomic and were actually using it as a meme. He probably also realizes that it's currently wordfiltered, a true sign of internet stardom.

I think the guy calls himself Mr. Yokan online.
