Good places to hit on chicks

Everyone always says go to bars and clubs and stuff, but what else? Whenever I go to the supermarket there's like 1-3 smoking hot or at least cute chicks there, either by themself or with their mom or something. Do you think that's a good place, or do people just want to get their shopping done usually?

I am afraid to really try the boob grabbing thing, but then again what do I have to lose?
