I am a highly highly introspective person. I am always analysing and studying how and why I do the things I do. I try and see how other people see me, if only to gain some insight. Being a bit of an introvert I'm not the most relaxed or laid back person, so I find myself studying other people, friends and strangers. I observe them and analyse their social behaviours, watch them get embarresed or laugh or angry or sad. I find myself constantly amused by human nature and how everyone around me interacts. This has actually helped me to become more socially relaxed and less prone to anxiety (though I am still not an extravert)
