I'll tackle each issue one by one in order.
-black colleges accept anyone, the fact is that many white students do not even consider black colleges an alternative and thus mostly black students attend them. Being white, you can easily get into a black college and was just reading about how some colleges of seeking out other ethnic groups including whites for "diversity" hence the name HISTORICALLY black college/university(hbcu) however like I said how many whites are looking to get into these colleges? Not many. I think you forget why they were set up in the first place because whites wouldn't allow blacks to attend their schools. They were around way before civil rights.
-I don't know anything about gambling laws in oklahoma but is it illegal for whites to open their own casinos? Sounds like you're upset that indians simply dominate the area.
-United Negro College fund isn't a government owned institution and is privately run. Also here is a fun fact that no one seems to know. Anybody of any ethnicity can get money from them despite it's name.

"Q: Does UNCF only support African American education?
A: UNCF was founded to address the funding inequities regarding educational resources for African Americans. UNCF believes in higher education opportunities for all Americans, however. Though most funding supports African American students, UNCF member schools do not discriminate and UNCF administered scholarships are open to all ethnic groups. "
You want to make a white college fund, you have that right. In fact I think stormfront was trying to do something like that not too long ago.
-quotas were made illegal by the supreme court for universities. Not even an issue.
-BET. This is something I always wanted to ask people who complain about this. Is it the name that bothers you(black entertainment television)? Would you not care if it was named something much less ethnically based like Boob TV? or is the problem that it is a black dominated channel? Please get back to me on this one, I'm interested in hearing your answer. If it is former than ok, that isa complaint that is easy to accept and understand. If it is the latter than I would simply point to how like 95%(figure pulled out of my ass but you get my point) of television shows features mostly white actors and white leads outside of maybe upn.
-Minority comedians making fun of whites, ok that is something I can understand people will have a problem with. Though, as someone who has attended his share of comedy clubs I've seen a few white standups who have no problem cracking jokes about minorities, however 95% audience is usually white and these people will most likely never perform this act except in small comedy clubs. So ok an accetable complaint.
-Saint Patrick's Day Parade
-Every month you are taught white history. It is the default. I agree that black history month is a joke but only because it seems so forced into the school curriculim. A class might be talking about the 1500s in europe and all of a sudden feburary rolls around and the topic changes to abolitionists in the 1800's united states. Such history should simply be incoperated into history classes where it is approperiate.
-Affirmative action in hiring is only REQUIRED in government jobs I believe. A private owned company has no obligation to abide affirmative action.
