Anyone have any rage issues?

I was just wondering if anyone here has problems with rage ?

I dont know why, but i get angry REALLY fast for some reason and i hate it. Like a few hours ago, i was driving to the bank happier than a motherfucker and then some bitch yelled at me "use your indicator" for what ? i was going fucking straight and following a bend ?

I got extremely pissed off and was cussing and everything ( after i parked the car i didnt go upto her or anything) and was thinking of all different ways i could de face her. My heart beats really fast and i see red and i cant think or speak properly and it takes me a full day to calm down.

When i have calmed down, i feel extremely bad about getting that upset at someone for something so so stupid.

I am a minority and they're racist and obnoxious here.  Best thing that soothes me is imagining that I'm gauging their eyes out with my thumbs.  Like the juices would ooze onto my thumbs.
