Is religion really making a comeback/takeover or is it just a media thing?

It's simple, Reproduction and indoctrination. Religion never went away. The Godchildren will always reproduce faster than the atheists, and the atheists will always, as a rule, enjoy a higher standard of living.
because it's not cheap to have 9 kids.
because god says abortions are not okay.
because SMART people don't ahve kids untill they have a CAREER to support them.
It's a simple matter of numbers. We are outnumbered. To really further the human race, all us atheists need to start fucking like mad, and indoctrinating our kids like they indoctrinate theirs. If we can get Atheists into the Executive AND Legislative branches, just once....
We could reduce Religion in america to a sneered-at minority in 2 generations.
