Then someone has the audacity to actually catch the bus. We are all just sitting around the bus stop, killing time. Most of us have already gotten our ticket and are just waiting for the right bus to show up. Others are just stopping in to check out the routes. But every couple months or so, someone gets on a bus and leaves. The rest of us in the line just sit and watch them go.
Another person, another nickname, another opinion, another story gone. And we just hang around the bus stop still; wishing the person that left could talk to us. We look back at their old posts and wonder what the clues were. We read the last post and look for the breaking point in the words. Some of them let us know that they are leaving. Most don't. Out of the blue, the post from the "friend" comes, telling the news, or the link to the obituary shows up, or the newspaper article. Sometimes, nothing sho ws up. No news, no closure.
