You don't have to be deformed or have a huge cock. You just have to be in shape, mainly with regards to flexibility. If you've taken yoga or a decent martial art for a long time (I'd wager at least 5 years, I didn't try until after 10) you should be able to do it fine. It's also a lot easier to do it upside-down on your back, bringing your lower body to your head rather than your head to your lower body.
