John and Izumi's daughter, Abigail, is eighteen and ready to begin a journey of her own. With the prospect of school and a marriage proposal from her longtime friend, Tyler, her future happiness seems secured. However, Abigail is unsure of her feelings for Tyler, and to John's annoyance, waits to better know her own heart.
