Is it still CP if....

Well u know how there is that clause that makes cp not cp if ur going out with the bytch (britain). For over here u can fuck em after 16, however cp is still cp even if they r 17 and ur not going out with them. Well basiclaly, can u go out with them over the net, and have it not being cp, or must it be a real relationship?

They are minors until age 18 everywhere. Age of consent isn't an indicator of legal status.

No, it isn't. At 18 they're out of HS and either in college or working. Those two years make a lot of difference.
