My friend can't get to 4chan anymore. He uses Charter Communications for his ISP. Everyone else, who use other ISP's, can get to it.

I guess all those assholes posting CP finally ruined it, at least for some people. This shit has got to fucking end. Deleting CP is not enough. It should be logged and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
