Is it normal to orgasm when you pee?

Is it normal that I get what seems to be an orgasm when I pee? I am 20 and have sex just about everyday and sometimes the O i get from peeing is better than the one from sex. It doesnt happen everytime I pee, Im not quite sure when it happens, but I notice that I usually stop midstream inorder to feel the sensation, but it doesnt always work. Anyone have info on this or has the same thing goin on?

I tried to do some research online but all I come up with is that stopping the pee midstream is to help build a muscle for the multiple O.
