I started cutting.

4 days ago I cut myself deliberately for the first time. Afterwards I lied down and couldn't help to smile. It was surprisingly relieving and I've done it every day since but it's starting to look quite nasty now. Does anyone else cut?

and then I realized that I would be much happier if I stopped feeling sorry for myself and started to enjoy life more.  it really isn't that hard.
