Why do all fast food Cokes taste different?

Anyone notice that Wendy's Coke tastes like absolute crap? It has a horrible after taste and seriously takes like shit. Why did they not stick with Pepsi?


McDonalds Coke is good, but it tastes like they add 3x as much sugar to the mix as any others

Subways coke tastes like normal bottled coke.

The coke is made from a syrup the Coca Cola company makes and ships to restraunts to put in their soda fountains. Its possible that some restraunts have different machines that make it more concentrated than others.
