Alright guys, I need some help getting ideas on what gift I should buy for a special girl I know. And before you ask... NO, she isn't a girlfriend, prostitute, grandmother, or your mom. She's just a friend of mine whom I think deserves something for all the things she's been through. I'm thinking somewhere in the $20-$50 range sounds okay, but any fluctuated amount around there is fine. Oh... and NO STUPID SHIT, such as dildos or sex toys, I just need something special. I would REALLY appreciate the help guys.

make her a teddy bear. go to build-a-bear or something if you aren't too hot with sewing.
Seriously, they'll love it. If it's of any sort of quality you can bet it'll be in their bedroom.
Hell, even just buying her a decent size teddy bear would be great.
And be sure that whatever you get you get a Thank-You card and tie it to that, and WRITE YOUR OWN MESSAGE ON IT. Not the pre-printed 'okjustsignitanddun' method. Write something like "Thanks so much for putting up with me all these years. It really means so much to me. Blahblahblah -Name"
Candles work well too, or bath salts. You could also take the approach a friend of mine did and go to a store, pick the coolest looking bottle of alchohol within your price range, then give that as a gift.
