This new board or theme sucks hard

If your wanted to ruin the previous theme and make it ugly and unusable, congratulations, you've succeeded. Now, suggestions to fix this mess:

1. Use old World4ch theme.
2. Fix theme setting bug that will display wrong themes.
3. Reply/Post button goes after TEXTAREA.
4. New Thread goes in top.
5. Pseud0ch goes in your filesystem's free blocks pool because it sucks.

also combine Anime and Manga with Comics and Cartoons because they are the same thing.
