Great Britain includes England, Scotland, and Wales
I think UNited Kingdom is the same as Great Britain,
But England is just England without Scottland, and Wales.

wikipedia: "England" is sometimes used incorrectly as a synonym for Great Britain or the United Kingdom, usually arising from innocent confusion over local geopolitical terminology.

not very innocent.
Around 1800, when scotland was about to lose its independence "great britain " was being invented as a unifiying method (of making Scots britons) to go along with the parliament merger. the United Kingdom at that time refered to england, scotland, ireland and wales, but , technically, with the invention of the United kingdom of Great Britain, these distinctions were meant to vanish.
