There would be no "rogue states". They would have been vaporized before long.
Dictators like Saddam, Kim Jong Il, etc would not last very long, or exist at all.
"Terrorist states" would not last long either.
Sure, a lot of lives would have to be sacrificed. With extreme prejudice.
But overall, the world would be a much calmer, safer, more peaceful place for the rest of the 99% of the people.
Isn't it worth it to eliminate the trouble-causing 1% to insure safety for the 99%?
