Yes, it's probably a mouth ulcer, brush your teeth, then clean your toothbrush and brush it a little. It will hurt, but remove dead tissue preventing excessibe bacterial growth. It won't spread nad will heal quicker.

Also drink a litre of grapefruit juice.
