Actually I'm an orphan, asshole. But i'll play your game for a second. Yes getting food, clothing, shelter, love, etc is natural, but tell me, why are you asking if it is reasonable or not for parents to pay for their children's computer and driving lessons while they are in college if it for some reason seems obvious to you that they should? I think it's been mentioned before about the difference between essentials and extraneous. It has to do with needs and wants. You don't need computers and driving lessons to survive.
Again why are you asking? Are your parents recinding on their offers? Are you starting to think you're pampered? And why do you need driving lessons?
