- Leave your window open all the time
- If you use a sock/rag, fold it up (jizz is on the inside, so it doesn't get everywhere) and put it at the bottom of your dirty laundry; preferrably not too long after the deed. If nothing else, dirty laundry smell masks jizz smell, and you want to avoid getting it on your clothes.

If you really want to get ride of the smell, wash your laundry (all of it) and put some effort into cleaning your floor. I'm assuming you have carpet. vacuuming is nice, but if you really want to get it clean, it needs to be steamed. that can get expensive though, and considering you apparently still live with your family, probably not an option.
