Hand washing

Who does it after using the restroom or before eating?

I know I do. But I have a friend over who doesn't. He is also eating from a bag of chips. Gross.

i wash my hands after i pee but not after i poop. unless i get shit on my hands when i wipe that is. i mean, there's a goddamn paper between my fingers and my shit, so how in hell could they get dirty
