Well, I'm in constant tireness.
Because of my job, I've only been sleeping about 6.5 - 7 hours a day and I can tell you, this can do some serious stuff.
I'm always tired, not physicially but mentally. When I try to read a text, the letters just "melt away". I hardly can concentrate and although I'm not sleepy, my head is heavy and I'm kind of dizzy.
Recently I decided that it's time to change this situation but it's harder than I thought. I usually went to bed at about 0:30 am. If I try to go to sleep before midnight, I just lay there and can't fall asleep... But I'm determined and I WILL change my habits, as chronic lack of sleep can trigger serious illness...

I used to be an insomniac. I didn't realise I had a problem untill I 'cured' it by having a shot or two in the evening. Made life so much better.

Often, I am up for 24hours and then sleep for 12h. I suspect I grew up in a galaxy far far away on some planet and was at some point brainwashed and brought here to Earth. Of course I might have been brainwashed after being transported to earth.

i go to sleep around 10-11pm, sleep for eight hours, and awaken. sleep less hours, and i'm dropping off all day. sleep more hours, i awaken with a splitting headache. i am the only person i know who does this, everyone else seems to be happy with five or six hours, and ten hours on weekends. so i reckon this counts as abnormal, despite it's apparant normalcy.

Well i survive on 2-4 hours sleep a day been doing it for 5 years and im not ill at all. I guess my system is used to it. infact if i sleep more it makes me more sleepy during the day so my work is affected. I have also had sleeping problems all my life since i was born. I do think i may be a insomniac but i have never had the chance to check it out.

Same here. My sleep sucks. Usually I'd be awake until 3am everynight no matter what time I'm in bed. That caused me to wake up late everyday or be completely fucked up and fall asleep in class/the bus if I didn't catch up on sleep.

i have horrible sleep habits. i work from 4pm until 1am, and don't get to sleep until around 8 most of the time.
i used to not be able to sleep at all, but since i realized that i actually enjoyed sleeping more than being bored as fuck sitting up and watching TV, i have started just forcing myself to sleep.
win win situation.
