I was just banned for posting a picture of a girl and linking it to a myspace. I was banned because according to the myspace the girl was 14 because she had a private profile, which at the time i was unaware of. The girl in the photo is 18, and the owner of the myspace has changed their information to be accurate. She apparently just recently changed her profile to private, had i known, i would not have posted the link. Please forgive me, i am not in the habit of doing anything illegal. I know the girl personally and she was consenting to the entire event. I'm asking for an appeal because this was a simple misunderstanding.
