image orginizized

What do you use to orginized your pictures?  Do you use windows or something else?

i've recently purchased two six-drawer filing cabinets: one for pr0n, and one for everything else (humor, copy-pasta, etc). i print out every picture i want to save and file it in the proper place in the cabinets. when i need to post the image again, i simply scan the paper copy. in this way i am able to save hard drive space and maintain a highly sophisticated organizational system for my images. besides which, my image collection is no longer at the whim of a computer crash or whatnot. i highly recommend this form of organization to every one.
