No it is not a shame, in quite fact it is something to be proud of, do not listen to what really young hormone filled shitheads say on internet message boards, especially if it is otherwise, they just need to have their necks snapped (don't worry, I'll take care of it, it is apart of making the internet a better place for tomorrow).
