So if I stick to a rough 30-day workout regime and eat healthy, how much improvement would I see?  I'm going to do it anyway, but I'm just curious.  All I have is a bit of a flabby stomach/chest area and I'm looking to refine that.  Will I see anything noticeable in only 30 days?

Right now?  Pretty much nothing.  Next week, though, I'm going to start off by not eating any more junk and more fruit and stuff.  I actually have no idea what I'm going to do, but I'm planning on the usual jogging, situps, biking, other cardio.  I also have this crazy gym-on-a-door thing with handles on stretchy cords.
