Did I narc? (DRUGS and REVENGE in here)

What the hell does "narc" mean?  I can't figure it out.

So, last year on my high school senior class trip... never mind, I'll get right to the point.  We were in the hotel, and the guys in the next room over were smoking pot.  I hate them, so I called the cops.  It was funny, they came over as undercover dealers (so fucking obvious to me they were undercover cops) and talked with me in the hallway of the motel, outside the other guys' room.  So then they knocked there (I was in my room listening as best I could) and eventually bused them.  Suckers spent a night in jail. 

HA HA HA.  He he laughs last laughs best. 

But yeah, is that called "narcing?"

People who try and redeem their shitty high school lives are very much still trapped in their high school personas. You ratting on a couple of stoners isn't going to build your character, help you mature or change the people who thought you were too much of a NARC to hang out with.
