4chan slow again what gives?

When the new servers came online it was fast but now it's shity slow again. Anyone know what's up?

I thought a cap would help, 4chan always did seem crazy letting everyone download at full speed before. I'm fine with 20 or 30kb a second, that's plenty, but I'm averaging 3 or 4kb. It's like a phone line all over again, gah!

Most of the time the connection craps out on me too, so I hope once things are working normally we just get a reasonable cap.
