4chan slow again what gives?

When the new servers came online it was fast but now it's shity slow again. Anyone know what's up?

I can't access the main news page, or ANY of the boards on the img.4chan.org server. Just plain refuses my connection.

Also, the boards I can access seem to have a screwed up layout. Like they aren't loading cleanly.
