Weirdest thing happened to me today.

So yeah, the weirdest thing happened to me today.Yersterday i felt extremely tired for some reason, and i didn't even do a lot.Just the normal 15min jog and then boxing practice, i went to sleep at 7pm or so, i wake up and to my surprise i'm crying.Not just a tear or two, i completely broke down and felt sad for some reason, i was shocked and i didn't know what to think.I went to work and couldn't concentrate on anything, i was thinking about what the hell had just happened to me.Is this even possible? waking up crying? i don't know if i should go see a psychiatrist, i haven't told anyone about this not even my girlfriend. Anything like this ever happen to any of you?

Sometin like that happened to me once while I was asleep. I woke up in the middle of the night and started cryin. I don't kno what happened. But I forgot about it till now u made me remember it.
