What do women want

List of things you think women want in a relationship or in a man?

excitement
humor
good looks
protection

I am a woman.  I look for:
-kindness and thoughtfulness
-compatible with my geekiness
-reasonably handsome - tall, lanky, with beard are all pluses
-doesn't necessarily need money, or car, or job, but if he's working hard towards those things I'm happy
