Please introduce Japanese customs, food and people.

Sushi bars sometimes leave a small bowl of salt at the doorstep when you leave. If the soy sauce is not salty enough (and it usually is not), customers are free to dip their finger in the salt and eat as much as they desire. It is an informal time when you can talk about anything with anyone!
