I've been watching anime since middle school, and since I didn't really even start considering girls in "that way" until after that, it was only natural that I fell for asians, what with anime, manga, and the types of sites I hang out at.
Though the truth is, I didn't even notice it until recently. (I'm in college now.) The fact that, although I can interact with any race normally with any day to day event (classmates, co-workers, etc,) I can only fall for Asians.
I mean, 6 out of 10 women around my age in Asian pictures(porn or otherwise) that I see online, I think I would consider going out with if I met them in real life (if they wern't a porn star, if applicable!).
Wherein with Caucasians, it's less than 1/50. (and black even less than that. I don't know, they usually seem sort of nasty, and I don't like loud women...)
With Hispanics and other non-black/Caucasian women it's usually higher than with Caucasians, but still less than with Asians. (Personally, it's probably becuase I consider Asians so freaking cute a lot of the time, and I *prefer* cute women. The "hot" ones usually look slutty to me. But again, probably the influence of anime and American anime culture.)
Anyway, I see this as a problem since, most likely, I probably won't move to Asia (yep, I'm realistic,) and I don't want to have a fetish for/be racist against certain kind of women.
Do you think this is a fetish? Do you think I'm racist? Do you agree with me? Do you think this just a perfectly normal preference? Any suggestions?

2: Aside from people in my family and people online, no one really knows I have an interest in Japnese culture. Though I repeat, I'm glad I'm American and not Japanese.

I eventually gave up on the subject and realized that people will just like what they like. Hell, I'm a dude, and I only like other dudes (i.e. I'm gay) so it's not that much more different. And I do have my preferences on what ethnicity I like more, etc...
It's all a matter of personal taste. And if you land a cute Asian chick, more power to ya'!

How is that racist? Its not prejudice to have a sexual preference when it comes to skin tone and facial features, and its not really something that you can change.
Me, I mainly like white girls and Asians, but I've seen some pretty hot latinas too.

Sure as hell changed for me. I was never attracted to certain kinds of women before and now I can't take my eyes off them. I was quite surprised when it happened, but it's stuck with me ever since.
