I started this thread to counter-balance the apparent calmness and serenity achieved at the (extremely popular) rambling thread. I figured that the only thing that can negate it, is violence.

I was sweeping today when a big spider jumped out. Size of an Oreo maybe. Scattering after it were about 20 to 50 little things (baby spiders i guess), like grains of sand. The scattering was so strange looking, too bad I could record it. I smashed the big one over and over until it crumpled up in a ball. Then I got some bug spray and killed the rest.
