You guys all fail to mention that 4-ch looks terrible. Look at their sidebar - I could have made that! No formatting whatsoever. And I don't care if it's a classic style, having all the topics listed with no line breaks at the top makes for a terrible mess. It wouldn't be as much of an issue if that wasn't pretty much the only thing that differentiates a board. We need to "consolidate the boards" by just having all of the 4-ch people come here.
The sidebar is just as classical 2channel style as is the threadlisting. Nobody needs formatting for the sidebar, that's just fancy prancy faggot shit. And the threadlist just takes away valuable vertical space by being stacked in many different newlines, there's no reason in that.
