What's the best Japanese name?

I think the best name is Chitose (???) or maybe Inoue (????). Anything with a lot of vowels like that is automatically cool.

(Also, how do Japanese people tell names apart just by reading them? I looked at the kanji for "Inoue", ??, and it translates to a lot of names (???, ???, ??????)

Although 神山満月(THE anime character of VIP) is officially pronounced as "Kouyama Mitsuki" in roman letters, some vippers misread its kanji like Kamiyama Mangetsu or something.
