I think the best name is Chitose (???) or maybe Inoue (????). Anything with a lot of vowels like that is automatically cool.
(Also, how do Japanese people tell names apart just by reading them? I looked at the kanji for "Inoue", ??, and it translates to a lot of names (???, ???, ??????)

Chitose may be a girl's name and Inoue is a family name.
Anyway, the kanji can be read variously in japan, but
as far as japanese names, they have almost only pronunciation each.
Mako is the very popular name for girls in Japan now. The name of the Japanese prince's niece is also Mako. But one of my American friends often pronounces like "Manko". It's a big difference, because "Manko" means female genital organ. Non-Japanese, be careful with this name. It's not a joke, but serious.
