vicodens = harder to poop but easier to fart

true story:

I was prescribed vicoden for back pain and went to the ghetto clinic so I could get a wage based discount. They were out of the 5 mg hydrocodone/500 mg aceteminophen so I got some 20mg pills instead (which is apparently legal). I am now buzzing like crazy, and my back doesn't hurt. Hell yeah. Anyone know if it's okay to toke up too? I don't wanna over do it

He's right.  I, personally, have been perscribed everything from Vicoden (mostly used for pain relief after pulling teeth, fyi) to morphine.  The dosage in the OP does not exist.
