So where is Wapan, anyway? I'd vote for the Virginia suburbs of DC. It's crowded, it's expensive, it's hot and sticky in the summer and cold (but not bitter cold) in the winter, there's lots of seemingly soulless people (Government workers, natch) riding the trains every day to work, and there's certainly enough weirdos and emokids around. Our Best Buys actually have good anime (Azumanga Daioh, Excel Saga, etc). And Otakon is held just 50 miles away in Baltimore. What does Anonymous think?
