Korean Resources?

Beginner to Korean, I know most of the Hangul alphabet, but essentially nothing else. Just looking for any solid web resources for a beginner. Good books are also welcome! Thanks

I'm learning Korean as well, I can read, write, pronounce hangul pretty well, however I'm working on my grammar and my vocabulary. Anything that can help me? I don't really know any websites that are "recommended" study use, Rosettastone is really crap, right now I'm using learnkoreanonline.net, korean-flashcards.com and busyatom.com I know some people use talk to me in korean, is that good? How effective is it to get a foreign exchange partner? Does that work well? If so, where do I go about getting one? Thanks
