Do Japanese fonts matter?

Hello I've learned about Windows ClearText fonts and started using Windows Meiryo for Japanese inside of Firefox. It looks something like this: http://puu.sh/WDrJ

Is it okay to use this font? Should I be using a different font? What font do you use?

Meiryo is a decent general-purpose Japanese font for Windows. For typesetting documents though, I stick to Kozuka Mincho and Kozuka Gothic.
