A short chinese lyric

First tried my luck at /int/, whom sent be to /jp/.
From /jp/ i just got sent here and would GREATLY appreciate if someone could translate this for me, and preferably to english.

It's a song called Goodbye, with the japanese band Toe (featuring Toki Asako).
Preciptiously enough i thought the lyrics was in japanese, which it obviously wasn't (well, if /jp/ is to be trusted).

It is japanese, rough translation:
Umaku todokanai nda (うまく届かないんだ) = can't reach well
Mata tsugi no fuan ka? (また 次の不安か) = again afraid of what is next?
Sono saki wa nai nda (その先はないんだ) = after that there is nothing
