Can anyone give me some help with this? I'm getting to a point with Spanish now where I should be expected to do this but nothing I'm trying is working.

Adjust tongue where tip rests gently behind teeth on roof of mouth. Create a pocket of air with tongue and roof of mouth. Breathe out of mouth and through air pocket.
It's all about forcing air out of this pocket of air you're creating with your tongue.

Shit, half of the native speakers I run into don't roll their RRs properly unless they're in some sort of formal setting. To be fair, I've never met any European Spanish speakers.
