Anki Question

Name: Anonymous 2011-04-03 17:03

Basically, I have a word document consisting of two columns of vocab (i.e. English on one side, Swahili on the other). Is there any way of transferring this into a set of Anki falshcards? It's almost 1000 words and I don't fancy typing them all out again.
Maybe I should have gone to /g/ but the imageboards are rarely helpful and I'm hoping someone on here has done something this before...
Thanks in advance.

Well I figured it out, but it's not exactly time-saving.
I just copy-pasted each column in an Openoffice spreadsheet and exported to CSV. Fucking Excel doesn't support UTF-8, what the fuck?
