How do i learn french?

Hello /int/! i would like to learn speaking french; but have no idea about where to start! do you guys know any site that has some lessons or something? preferably free?

download assimil french without toil (or french with ease, but without toil is better) from a torrent (alternatively, buy a hard copy too because I like hard copies over ebooks) and work through that.
Also watch the French in Action videos (you can watch them free online or get them from a torrent) and download DLI French from a torrent (it's free in general)

okay, thanks. i downloaded the assimil french without toil, but the audio is a bit ruined. i believe i'll go and look for an actual tome, you know. like those for kids or something.
