Today we are announcing that Cerego Japan Inc. will officially end our Smart.fm service on March 31, 2011. Existing Smart.fm users can continue studying on Smart.fm until March 31, but we are no longer accepting new registrations.

As of today January 27, 2011, Cerego Japan is offering a new paid language learning service, iKnow!. New users can use iKnow! free of charge until February 28, 2011. And to thank our users for their support, we are offering this new service free of charge for all existing Smart.fm users until March 31, 2011. We invite you all to take advantage of this offer and try out our new service.

Well, if you want, now it's a good time to grab text and audio of your goals while you can.

That's really disappointing, smart.fm is incredibly useful for learning vocab, undoubtedly the hardest part of learning a language. I use Anki as well, but I find I get lazy with it and don't learn the vocab properly. Does anyone know of an SRS program, like iKnow, that will actually test me? (i.e. I don't decided myself how well I know it)
